Simply fill out the birthday inquiry form above, and our party coordinator will contact you immediately to confirm your desired date and time. Once settled, a $100 advance payment is required to secure your reservation. You can pay this fee in-store or electronically.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We aim to ensure your party is exactly as you envision it. While we do not provide food services, utensils and party favors, there is a variety of options available in the New Sudbury Mall food court.
With just $399 token package purchase, you and your guests will gain exclusive access to the Party Area as a holding area for two hours during your party reservation. With your booking, you can also enjoy use of the ball pit playground. Table and chair setup, including table toppers, will be provided. The room comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10-12 children.
Our claw machines use physical tokens for gameplay. We will provide 999 tokens that you can distribute to your guests as you prefer (e.g., 100 tokens for each guest). A VIP membership card will also be provided for the host, allowing you to store any unused tokens.
Your party reservation includes a VIP membership, which allows you to exchange unwanted plush toys for points that function as store credit. Your guests will receive the same benefits for the duration of the party.
